There are currently 74 documented preview features ready for you to test in Microsoft Fabric. This number is mind-blowing for me. Working with Power Platform, normally what we see is a documented number up to 20, maybe 30 features that are marked as a preview / in active development, and documented under wave update/blogs/release plans. Don't believe me? Check Release Planner - Power Apps 13 features, Power Automate 32; Copilot Studio 15. Obviously, that's not all - Microsoft Engineering Teams are working on delivering hundreds of features that are just not visible or not documented until released. That's a place where I believe that the Fabric Team excels in the Business & Industry Copilot Unit - they have everything versioned and documented with multiple references in the simplest way possible - an MS Learn document with a fully public Git version history! Kudos for that 👏 What gets me here is that even in such a great article, it is still left to wonder how Microsoft Product Teams look at public feedback and contributions in many fields. I believe that currently, Fabric & Power BI have the most extensive programs for Partners, Private Previews, and overall feedback collection and implementation in their tools. Just check the spectacular PBI Core Visuals work led by Miguel Myers with their Core Visuals Board. Yet, in Fabric to submit public feedback, the article links to the old Azure Synapse Analytics feedback site instead of the Fabric Community Forum. Synapse forum has only 2 of 1134 ideas marked as Completed and 0 as Declined, so I'd say that this forum is dead. I've sent a Git Pull Request to update the article link, but I'm not sure if it will even be considered, as the logic behind it was always unclear to me... 👇 Want to learn what's there?
