Power BI pricing changes from April 2025

New @Microsoft #PowerBI pricing starting April 1, 2025. The two most important per-user license SKUs for Power BI will soon increase their pricing. Starting April 1, 2025, Power BI Pro licenses will be USD14 (+40%) per user per month and PPU licenses will be USD24 (+20%) per user per month. No changes in capacity pricing have been announced! This is yet another price increase after Dynamics 365 pricing increases (effective October 2024: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/blog/no-audience/2024/04/12/new-pricing-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-effective-october-2024/) and removal of Teams from Enterprise SKUs in April 2024 which also effectively increased pricing of E5 license by 5% when combined with separate teams licensing (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/partnernews/important-notice-changes-to-microsoft-365-office-365-and-microsoft-teams-licensi/4100985).
